Devil May Cry: Peak of Combat's gameplay loop is kept mostly intact from the original games. If they didn’t they would be shaming the Devil May Cry label, which pioneered the hack’n’slash genre as we know it today. The levels you tackle are filled with a variety of enemies, light platforming, and the occasional boss enemy to spice things up. As renowned demon slayers, Dante and his allies have access to deadly rapid attacks, powerful ultimates, and each other. You build up your combo rank by racking up damage with attacks and switching between characters.

This game is truly free-to-play. What I mean is that you can play into the endgame and beyond without ever being nudged into spending on microtransactions unlike so many other big names in the ARPG genre where mtx is shoved right into your face cough cough Diablo Immortal cough cough Torchlight . Eternium also has cross progression so you can play on PC and mobile. The game has couple hundred hours worth of content. Feel free to disagree with me but the gameplay loop felt pretty solid and game content, builds and equipment are plentiful. Will keep you busy for a long while.

The skill system is right, no too simple nor too complicated. The combat is fast, "maps" only in 3 min (there's a time limit, so only 3 minutes or less and your out). Good rng with items, good level of mechanics that let you make a "build" without too much thinkig, free respecs and the monetization is there, but not going to give you power, like in the 3 mentioned arpg.

Very often we will be fascinated by the architecture of the buildings that we can even cross and interact with to open portals. The particle effects of the sea and the water that gushes from the fountains of the palace are well designed, the pyramids in the distance, the sailing ship with its sails under the impetuous wind, the moving clouds with dynamic weather (depends on the time you play it), the grass caressed by the wind, etc. It is still in beta-test phase and the improvements will come in the current year.

📖 Short review: One of the best a-rpg games on cell phones, in which I spent a not insignificant number of hours 🎮 Gameplay: Nice meditative gameplay with level mopping, great feeling of progression and loot, good skill and passive skills, and light bonuses from equipment. 👎 Cons: Little content, especially endgame, boring and monotonous leagues.

🎨 Graphics: 6/10 if you have a good phone but it still not like PC or PS5 📖 Storyline: 8/10 I've played other games like this but it's not like you have all the good stuff then you lose it all in a cut scene and you have to get it back. After returning and experiencing Recitativo di Fantasia, I realized why I felt stifled when immersing myself in mission-based mobile ARPG games' storyline. Action Taimanin, Punishing Gray Raven, Aether Gazer, and Snowbreak: Containment Zone. Those are 4 mission-based mobile ARPG games with the same characteristic that I play, players portray themselves as a character in the game and using 1st person pov for interacting with the other characters in the game.

It is a puzzle that transports us to a surreal reality taking inspiration from the Penrose ladder known as the infinite ladder that makes massive use of the optical illusion described by the English mathematicians father and son Lionel and Roger Penrose (1958). The protagonist is a little robot and space traveler named Evo whose mission is to explore different planets.
