The seamless open world of Undawn is filled with realistic details, made using Unreal Engine 4. In this world, players must brave rain, heat, snow, and storms and track their character’s survival indicators such as Hunger, Body Type, Vigor, Health, Hydration, and even Mood. Changes in the environment will also affect these survival indicators in real time. Players can customize their character’s appearance and outfits, interact with other players to trade weapons and resources, and fight to protect their resources.

Undawn is an open-world survival game but this category can mean a lot. While downloading the game I did not have huge expectations. I was under the impression that I’ll have a character with the usual tutorial at the beginning and the game will be about shooting brainless zombies. After starting to play my eyebrows raised and I have to say that I got really impressed! The tutorial itself is brilliant as it’s already actual gameplay and part of the story. You are not instantly overwhelmed with all the features you have in the game. The balance between introducing new skills/options and the pace of the story is simply perfect.
