Fireball Wizard is a blazingly brilliant 2D platformer that lets you unleash your inner wizard

Okay, so maybe you're thinking with a title as generic as "Fireball Wizard," how cool can the game possibly be? Well, you shouldn't judge a book by its cover or, in this case... a game by its title. Fireball Wizard is a 2D retro platformer that combines simple game mechanics,  and cool graphics and sounds, with a fun upgrade system that kept me fiending to explore more dungeons. Although I did run into a few glitches, the free version alone had more than enough levels that kept me entertained and is well worth checking out. If you're looking for something easy to pick up and fun but still offers a decent challenge, then Fireball Wizard is one you should add to your library.
It didn't take me long to get the hang of Fireball Wizard. Within a few minutes, it was easy to figure out the basics. That being said, Fireball Wizard did offer some challenges. Soon enough, my basic wand wasn't sufficient, and upgrading became essential to defeating enemies and bosses and finding secret rooms that could only be opened through special abilities. The upgrades were fun and included attacks with different magical elements. Still, the best part was that everything was completely free around the dungeons. Still, if I wanted to unlock more content; 30 more levels, three worlds, and three bosses — one of which being the freaking devil —  was only $4.99. A good deal if you ask me.

Fireball Wizard wasn’t perfect. While exploring two dungeons, my game completely froze. It may have resulted from playing the free version, my phone, or a glitch in the programming. Still, I'm inclined to say the latter because it happened multiple times when I retried entering the dungeons.
Regardless, Fireball Wizard offered a decent challenge and lots of fun. There are a lot of 2D platformers out there to choose from, but if you want to spend some time on this one, you'll be satisfied.

Fireball Wizard - A Super FUN & ENTERTAINING Retro Platformer!
Fireball Wizard is a retro arcade platformer game that I decided to play recently and this was quite the adventure. Gameplay wise, when you begin the game you can pick between a male and female avatar and then begin your journey. There is a little town you can explore, which has gates to all the different levels of difficulties. When you are doing an area, you have to try and find the secret areas that will give special chests, but sometimes there's a secret area, within the secret area.
