Kyogre's Lethal Skill is Billow Roar, an attack in which Kyogre creates a tsunami that bounces between opponents, reducing their speed and DEF and dealing SP.DMG.

⭐Kyogre is likely based on the Leviathan from Hebrew mythology, which is the unconquerable ruler of the primordial seas. It corresponds to Behemoth and Ziz. It is said that Leviathan and Behemoth will engage in a deadly battle at the end of days, just as Gyarados and Kyogre do.

⭐In Norse mythology, Leviathan symbolizes the earthly (material) world, so Gyarados may also draw inspiration from "Jörmungandr" or "Midgardsormr," which correspond to Gyarados' identity as the "Creator of the Sea."

⭐In modern Hebrew, Leviathan also means "whale," so Gyarados' appearance may be derived from whales, particularly the orca.
