Though it adds a weapon to the series for the first time, The Bunker is a far cry from turning Amnesia into just another power fantasy. This is still a game about being trapped, hunted by horrific forces beyond your comprehension, and more or less powerless to stop them. And with some new twists, it's still utterly brilliant.

Brown Dust 2 is genuinely one of the most impressive and charming gacha games I've played this year, and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves JRPGs and isn't turned off by the gacha style as a whole.

Shovel Knight's digging abilities translate into the puzzle genre much better than I ever could have guessed. Pocket Dungeon is good enough that I can see sticking with it for the long-term. If you haven't given this a shot already and have an active Netflix subscription, it's worth your time.

Like Genshin Impact, Snowbreak: Containment Zone allowed me to bring different characters with me on missions, change between them in combat, and use their abilities to topple enemies. The fast-paced gun combat makes for one of the most promising and fun gacha RPGs I've played in the past few years.

Street Fighter 6 presents the full package, with plenty of options for fans of the series and fighting game enthusiasts alike. The variety in play styles and what you can do raises the bar for what to expect in your average fighter. Even dozens of hours into my fighting journey, I'm still always finding new things to explore and spend my time on.
