The Landorus cloud, after absorbing wind and thunder, transforms into energy that nourishes the soil, making the earth fertile. The energy flowing from its tail replenishes the nutrients in the soil, allowing crops to grow vigorously.
Wherever it visits, bountiful harvests are guaranteed, earning it the title of the God of Farmland. In its Incarnate Forme, Landorus appears to calm the raging battles between tornadoes and electric shocks. After the storms and lightning, the earth will surely experience a bountiful harvest. In its Therian Forme, soaring through the sky as a sacred beast, Landorus brings prosperity to the land, earning the reverence of the people in the Hisui. With just a moment's time, it can traverse the entire Hisui.
🍃【Lethal skill】
Sand Tomb
Landorus turns everything around it into quicksand, and deals 160%P. ATK+120P.DMG to all enemies, and inflicts [Quicksand] to all enemies for 2 rounds. Gather all the enemies' [Quicksand] to the target with highest ATK, and ban the target from healing for 2 rounds.
✨【Something interesting】
⭐According to Pokémon's birth secret, the prototype of Landorus Incarnate Forme is Lord of the Land, possibly referring to the inari in Japanese mythology.
⭐The tail of Landorus resembles the stem of the Hovenia acerba, also known as the "Turnjujube" which is a unique fruit where the stem is consumed rather than the fruit itself.
⭐ In its Incarnate Forces, Landorus may be inspired by fierce beasts like tigers or other large feline animals, as well as the White Tiger from the Four Symbols of Chinese mythology.
⭐ The transformation of Landorus' forms may also draw inspiration from the fusion of human and animal imagery found in Mesoamerican deities, such as the Aztecs Panthera onca Tepēyōllōtl.
In the following sections, I will continue to discuss the Pokémon in the game. Stay tuned for our next Pokémon, Blacephalon!
