Zeus, disliking Rota's human-centric view, refused to grant humans the essential element for survival - fire. Rota knew that without fire, humanity would eventually perish. He resolved to steal the spark from the gods.

In the divine realm, a colossal serpent was cast into the Sea of the Central Court as punishment from the gods. "What good is being in the divine realm?" the serpent pondered. She wished for a life as ordinary as the humans on the continent. With this thought, glimmers of light shimmered in the waters of the Sea of the Central Court. Gradually, they enveloped the serpent, causing both the serpent and the light to vanish into the depths of the sea.

Helmwige, the god-king who holds dominion over the oceans, is known as the "God of the Sea." His emblem is the trident, a weapon of deep sea blue, and he is often surrounded by aquatic serpents. Helmwige has always considered himself the most charismatic of the gods, finding allure in his own disheveled appearance. Like the sea, Helmwige's temperament is as changeable as the tides. He can be calm and serene, or he can rage like a tempest, his emotions shifting unpredictably.
