1.Is DNLm available on both iOS and Android?

Yes, this test supports both of versions. We decided to add iOS version in this second beta test. Players can log into the game either way, or use the official pc emulator.

2.How long will this test last?

Test Period: September 20, 2023 to November 1st, 2023 (tentative).

You can take your time to enjoy this journey.

3.Can I remove the FPS restriction?

Not in this test. Compared to last test, we upgraded many arts effect such as the weather system in the game. So in order to ensure stable game experience, we fixed the FPS at 30. Nevertheless, as soon as we get enough data to stabilize the effect, we will absolutely remove the restriction to give PC players a better gameplay experience.

4.How to use and login official pc emulator?

If you use Snail Passport to login, you can directly enter their account and password. But using a third-party account requires scanning a QR code with your phone to log in.

5.Can I play the game if my phone doesn’t meet the device requirements?

We would recommend that you try running the game on your phone. If it doesn’t work, we also have an official pc emulator for you to enjoy this game.

6.Why can’t I open the required Storage Permission?

Please make sure that you downloaded the latest package. If so, you need to allow DNLm access photos, videos, and audio stored on your device. You can contact us or look for more help in our Discord server.

7.Why am I meeting the crash/disconnection problems?

For crash problems, again, one of the purposes for this test is to get help from the players who concern Dark and Light Mobile, to dig out some problems that we couldn’t find by ourselves. The game now is based on the newest version of UE 5 and we are trying our best to deal with the crashes on certain devices. So, if your device meets our hardware requirement but crashes appear, we apologize for that and please tell us about it. In this test, you can get rewards in the OB later for reporting bugs like this.

For disconnection issue, in this test, we only prepared US and EU servers. We find that there are a large number of players who come from Asia. But unfortunately, some of these players met a connection issue when using oversea servers. We may prepare Asia servers additionally later to help Asian players have a better connection to enjoy the game.

8.Can I share my game data among iOS, Android, and PC Emulator?

Using Snail Account can enjoy data synchronization across iOS, Android, and PC platforms.

If you choose to log into the game with a third-party account like Apple ID or Google ID, you can tap the “Emulator Scan” after you successfully login on your device to use the camera to scan the QR code shown in PC emulator, so that you can login your account on the PC. Or you can find the “Scan” button in your game “Settings” after you login your account on your device to do the same thing.
