Q:Do you really think that it's FUN to click "Covet" in Cube dozens of times?
A:We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We will prioritize optimizing the animation during each draw, with the hope that each draw will be smoother (allowing for quick consecutive clicks).We don't make all the draws with one click because doing so would detract from the overall experience of the lottery process.
Q:Thea1 snapshot nerf or intended?
A:We have not nerfed Thea's snapshot mechanism (including numbers) at the moment.
Q:What is the philosophy behind limiting certain Advanced Medium talents (marked with orange dot) and keeping others stacking with no limit?And why can we have 2 of limited affixes: one from tree and one from slate?Is it just your vision of balance?
A:Yes, if we don't impose some appropriate limitations, situations may exceed expectations.
Q:Some of the descriptions for Sentry related stats aren’t clear or str misleading. For example, Multifaceted Guard and Sentry Modification have the same text description of “+1 sentries that can be deployed at a time by the supported skill”, but they don’t have the same effect. Could this translation get cleared up in a future patch?
A:There is indeed an issue; Multifaceted Guard translates to "+1 Maximum Placement of Supported Skill's Sentry," while Modified Sentry Position translates to "+1 Supported Skill's Sentry Placement at once." We will optimize this translation.
Q:Will we be able to use the Hero trait's weapon appearance?
A:We have considered making the corresponding Weapon Appearance for Hero Traits obtainable as an Outfit.
Q:Devs on podcast said that pet's are a system that is added for convenience. But legendary seasonal pet's seem to outright punish players for not having them. Like Aeterna pet gives so much extra rewards that it's guaranteed you will have 20+ boss strength and you will always loot a maximum amount of pages. While players without it are not guaranteed to have It. Like more rewards is convenient but not being able to build 20+ boss strength feels awful. Darksurge pets are also like that. Without this pet Darksurge just feels bad. Can we have better baseline seasonal mechanics with weaker pet's or easier acquisition of 1st copy of seasonal pet's?
A:We are considering enhancing the function of SR Quality's Pactspirit. We will inform everyone about the outcome through an Announcement.
Q:Long time ago, we received confirmation from devs that pet’s buff does not work on PoB content(except dmg pet, of course) like ember or flame fuel pet. Does this apply to city of arterna rewards as well?For example: which is better between 3 pets with rewards related to CoA (1 gold, 1 purple, and 1 blue) and 2 of CoA, 1 of other rewards(1 gold CoA, 1 purple of CoA and 1 gold of flame fuel)?
A:In the current version, Ember Pactspirit and flame fuel Pactspirit affect Aeterna's Rewards, but in the next version, this interaction may be changed to prevent them from affecting Aeterna Rewards (since the current method of switching Pactspirits based on Reward types is overly cumbersome). In the current version, when activating Fuel Rewards, the purple fire fuel Pactspirit is superior to the purple Aeterna Drop Pactspirit (since Aeterna Drop Pactspirit doesn't have a bonus specifically for flame fuel. However, when defeating bosses in the Aeterna large map, Aeterna Pactspirit is better than flame fuel Pactspirit (since Aeterna large map bosses drop Soul Candles and Pages, which benefit from Aeterna Pactspirit's bonus).
Q:During season 3 it became very noticeable that character control can be kinda wonky. When completing ruins/city of Aetera while playing a CWC build, it can be hard (depending on how fast you run) to stay inside the circle. Sometimes you aim in the right direction, but your character doesn't register that correctly and runs the wrong way.Being able to channel your skill (e.g. path of flames) while standing still would help as well.
A:The experience is indeed quite frustrating, but we don't have plans to modify the skill at the moment. We're considering whether there can be some adjustments in the Gameplay.
Q:Some translations are very misleading, causing skills or items to read as if they were doing the exact opposite thing (e.g. memories for Gemma1 saying that ""elemental damage is instead taken as elemental damage, when it should actually be ""NON-elemental damage taken as elemental damage"").Because of some of these errors we rely heavily on the asian community who has proper descriptions to test things or make builds which we then just copy. This kinda ruins discovering builds yourself, because you either can't know that certain things even exist or you have to test everything just to make sure it actually works the way it's translated. Very tedious, demotivating process.Proper translations would be a HUGE improvement."
A:There is indeed a problem here. The original text is "Erosion Damage received will be converted into a random type of Elemental Damage." We will optimize and adjust the translation in this aspect.
Q:Are there any plans to buff/rework the active effect of Flame Imbue? (Fire Terra on death). It cannot proc on hit (unlike Erosion, Phys, Lightning), does not help fire builds (unlike Lightning, that settles shock), cannot create a chain reaction (unlike Cold) because of CD, and deals weak damage. It is overall very lackluster and does not bring anything to the table, unlike all the other imbues.
A:All Imbue skills aren't working particularly well to our satisfaction. It has been a long time, but we haven't had the time to optimize them. We will think of solutions.
Q:How does block work exactly? Does block have cooldown or is block always the flat X% of your block chance per attack?
Meaning that with a block chance of X% is there always a X% chance to block regardless of how many times the player has recently blocked or is there a block recovery time / internal cooldown for block?
A:There is no built-in cooldown; each Block chance is calculated independently.
Q:Are there any rewards we can get during the preseason? And what kind of featured events will be there
A:Of course, there will be. For specific events and Rewards, please stay tuned for our official Announcement.
Q:Can you explain how Reap Purification works correctly?For example, what is the difference between 0.6 sec reap base and 0.7 sec for it? How much skill duration gives in term increased/additional damage with Reap Purification? Reaping duration affix really doesn't give any bonuses while using Reap Purification?
A:When Reap Purification is active, Reaping Duration stops working, so 0.6 or 0.7 or 1 have no effect. Purified Reaping will proceed based on the remaining Persistent time of Damage Over Time, so skill Persistent time or abnormal Persistent time is effective.
Q:We have Verbal Abuse, +1 curse allows us to cast several curses, let's call it curse stackingbut there are few possibilities for using this; only builds that use cold or fire damage over time receive a bonus from three curses, for exampleAre there any plans to expand the arsenal of curses, both defensively and in terms of damage?This season they took away the ability to cast multiple curses using curse on hit, are there plans for a themed curse ability that will allow you to not waste ability slots and cast multiple curses at the same time?"
A:Adding new Curses has always been a topic of discussion within our team, such as adding a Critical Strike Curse. Indeed, there are fewer occasions for using multiple Curses. We will try to optimize this as soon as possible.
why graphics so bad on my pad? i set graphics settings on maxium and nothing, resolution of my tablet is 2k, i play on my phone and PC graphics is very nice but on tablet is a nightmare 😞

What is going on with servers? i cant play 5 seconds without the reconnection box showing up, it fails multiple times and often forces me back to login screen. It's so bad dude, i hope preseason wont be like this, I really want to play the game but it feels awful the way it is right now
