Home Planet Hunter is a game that just changed my perspective about android online games, I have been avoiding Android online games for a long time, either because every game look and play exactly the same, but then we have a pixel art game with beautiful 2d graphics that put these huge games on shame, in terms of gameplay-story-replay value- and most importantly The garbage micro transaction, This is a love letter to people like myself,,
🎬 Presentation: From the first screen of this game you can see the beautiful detail and love the developers put into the game, If you play 2D games in the past, like classic great Metal Slug or Final Fantasy V this screen will hit hard, with calming dreaming like music it's just perfection, usually android games start with a bang, but then gradually just become very boring, but this game start extremely good and stay on that level throughout the entire playthrough, every character is animated every move is animated enemies have different animation when you hit them with different elemental attacks, every menu is beautiful unlike anything I have seen before,,
👍 Pros: Home Planet Hunter is Strategy RPG game, with deep lore and a full realized world, these is so much small detail in story telling I'm still shock to believe this is actually android game, the gameplay is very deep with team combination skill combination and also different sets of different armors, that is a huge story mode which you can play in a single sitting, I'd like usual Android games have limitation, some have energy system some have daily quest, there are many tedious way the game just limit the player to not play, but there is no such a thing in this game,
👎 Cons: there is nothing negative I can say about this game, but every game have problems, so here we go, the game is over heating my device, and also lag for no reason, sometime the lagging get so worse thag I have to restart the game, lagging usually start after I play for long but some time it's just lagging even if I start playing, this problem is subjective because I don't know if other player might face this issue or not but for me this is a huge problem, My device is more than capable of playing this game perfectly fine, The other problem I have is related to the combat, many time skill does not works, and selecting characters it's kind of difficult when there are too many enemies, and because the combat does not stop when you are selecting the character usually it is difficult to move away from enemies attack, I wish there was a active time battle like fire fantasy 12, whenever you select your character the game should just pause completely, order should be a pause button so you can strategize your character and move it away from the enemy, many time I died because of this issue even if I select the character I can't move it away or sometime I just cannot select a character I want because there are so many enemy on the same location, these are not negative but still I have to mention the issue, I hope the developers fix this and make the charectors icon larger and the time should stop set the game will be more strategy based,
🎮 Gameplay: As I mentioned Home Planet Hunter RPG strategy game, but many people might confuse it with auto combat game, but it is not auto combat game, this game is mostly about what kind of equipment you have what kind of team you have and how well prepared you are, You could be stuck on a single stage if you don't have the right equipment, so creating a good team and good combination of equipment is very important, but what is so good about this game is that you can actually combine all three characters equipment to make a very strong team, either you can create a team with the electric attack or fire attack or a freeze attack, The elemental equipment give lots of benefits and choosing wisely will make you extremely overpowered, I was stuck in a stage because I was just equipment anything I got without even reading the description of the items, but after spending some time in inventory I realize that this game is just not like usual Android games, well you just equip anything you got because it has better damage, sometime you have to go with the damage, sometime you have to take the passive abilities, and there are so many other combination that creating a team is just so much fun in this game, It is a great RPG system, and it reward you for your time, if you spend time reading every weapon and if you spend time organizing your team member, again unlike other trash RPG where you get anything with extra damage you just equip it automatically, and that basically kill all the skill difference between a casual player and a pay to win player, but in here if you are experienced if you are spending time you will be rewarded with your experience because you will learn something new every time you find a new item, this is why RPG games are great because every person play a differently and every person have a different experience, The freedom you have in this game is just very good and I love it,,

👍 Pros: Gameplay is typical mmorpg with point and click . Graphics is good.Sound and effect is good.Control and performance is smooth especially in PC with unlocked fps.Skin and cosmetics not affected stats.
👎 Cons: What make me so dissapointed is boring and short dungeon. This game force me doing pvp to complete 7 day mission(So typical android games). P2W crap in battle pass even there is no gacha in shop.U can buy anything in trade with gold coin from battle pass or shop.

Author likedNo thank you! for creating such an excellent game, I am writing a review for my YouTube channel but I think I should at least complete the entire game in both difficulties, but for now unfortunately I'm facing huge legging issue, and that just stop my progress, I already mentioned that in your discord and also on Play store, I understand the game is just release and as a small developers It is pretty difficult too fix the issues, but please prioritize the lagging issue which many people are facing, I suggested this game to my friends anyone there are facing the same or heating problem and also the game just lag very badly It is almost impossible to dodge enemies attack especially on harder difficulty, but even with all that this game just deserve so much respect so thank you so much for creating such an amazing masterpiece ❤️
