We all love doom guy and we also know he is the most Badass guy in all gaming history but you ever wondered what it would be like to rip and tear through demons in a medieval, dark fantasy world, like dark Souls and other games then DOOM: The Dark Ages is exactly what we been waiting for! This game takes the fast-paced, brutal combat of DOOM Eternal and mixes it with medieval warfare, massive battles, and insane new weapons.

If you thought DOOM was already wild, just wait until you ride a cybernetic dragon while smashing demons with a giant shield-saw! And the Godzilla kill animation.

Overview
DOOM: The Dark Ages is the next big FPS from id Software, serving as a prequel to DOOM (2016) and DOOM Eternal. Published by Bethesda Softworks, this medieval-inspired DOOM game is set to release on May 15, 2025, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.

This time, you play as the DOOM Slayer in his origins, fighting demons before he became the unstoppable legend we know today. The game introduces a more grounded combat style, massive battles, and some of the craziest weapons ever seen in DOOM history!

the best part is New Weapons & Gadgets The Sawshield is an insane new weapon that lets you block, parry, and slice demons apart in one motion. The game introduces huge battlefield fights, where you take on waves of demons alongside armies of warriors, and the Dragon Rides YES, you get to ride a cybernetic dragon AND pilot an Atlantean mech in some of the biggest battles in DOOM history!

The speed and intensity of DOOM are still here, but with a new medieval flavor that makes every fight feel even more raw and brutal blood is going to everywhere.

Traversal is Still Fast-Paced While combat is heavier, movement and platforming are still fluid, keeping that classic DOOM speed.

This game is More about Cinematic Experience DOOM has never been about deep storytelling, but this game adds more cinematic moments and epic battles.

While DOOM is always about gameplay first, this deeper look into the Slayer’s past makes for an exciting new twist.
