I was also stuck at 1.1 GB but I tried some of my own tricks here they are 1.When it starts to bug the download percentage (back-forth) then I would first force stop the game and clear the cache only( don't clear the storage). Then I would start the game again and sometimes it would start going ahead. 2 .If the first didn't work then try this when the bug starts then force stop the game clear the cache connect to Canada and start the game if the download starts moving ahead then keep the VPN connected if the bug continues then disconnect the VPN during the download then it might start going ahead .This one worked for me.

1.Make sure your change your region setting set to Canada (search on YouTube for how to change region on Google Play store or IOS store) 2.if work it should be like this 3.for android user (like me) download vpn Canada I use this 4.make sure after checking the region please delete cache or data 5.before reopening google play store open the VPN first and connected 6.after connecting open Google Play Store and search Rainbow six it should be work (keep you vpn active while update on Play store after that you can close it)

Its because the cache and storage has stored your location of your Original country and that needs to be cleared before launching play store with Canadian server VPN.

1st Step go to your play store 2nd step tap your profile on top right 3rd step tap Payment and subscriptions 4th step scroll down and find [MORE PAYMENT SETTINGS] then its gonna re direct you in google or chrome 5th step once you're there click the three lines on the top left then click on setting 6th step click on county region then add country then all you need to do is find a generator for canada

I'll list the most notorious problems I can find and every solution me and my friends tested below (some I found myself with my friends and some from great community at Taptap), hope it helps! 1. Game laggy (latency icon shows up on right side of the screen, booted out do to latency and similar issues) This is due to only server in Canada is up. The issue is prominent in Asia simply because the server is very far away. Some Internet Service Provider (ISP) may have better connection and stability but most players find difficult to stay or even enjoy playing the game.

When you guys have downloaded the latest update from playstore or taptap when you are downloading compulsory resources you don't need to use VPN and I would recommend you not to use VPN so your mobile data can download the data as fast as possible
