I’m working on a small cat lane strategy game called Claws of Power, and lately I’ve been testing this new unit: Chef Cat.
He’s not really a fighter by design – tall chef hat, white coat, frying pan in hand.
As long as he doesn’t have to hit anyone, he’ll just stand there and “cook” fresh dried fish on the battlefield, slowly boosting your income over time.
The fun (and kind of dumb) part is stacking him:
more chefs → more fish → more cats → even more chefs…
At some point it really feels like you dragged the entire kitchen onto the lane.
Of course, if your frontline collapses, the whole kitchen evaporates in two seconds, so it’s a very greedy way to play.
