Patch Note Beta 2.2
Hi all, this is Mammon and I'm bringing the info of our latest major update, Beta 2.2.
The following info can be a little bit overwhelming because we will present you some major improvements we have made for a better gameplay experience and loads of bug fixes.

Session Mode Update
1. Rework on the Matchmaking system and Session Lists.
Based on your suggestions, we finally released a playlist of sessions and new matchmaking sessions. Now you can have different experiences in those modes. And I will give you the details below.

Matchmaking
- Now this is the most competitive game mode, and will generate best reward upon tallies. You can earn Ember Coins only from this mode.
- There are 2 modes in matchmaking games: Standard Solo and Standard Squad.
- You can only join one matchmaking session at the same time. Unless the session ends, you can't quit and join a new one. (For example, when you are in Standard Solo, you won't be able to switch to Standard Squad before the Solo session ends. So choose your game carefully.)
- You will be automatically and randomly given a session to play when you start a matchmaking session. The session will not be older than 12 hours.
- We hope this mode will be our main and most competitive one. We will keep a close eye on this mode and might make changes to it based on the future feedbacks and stats.
Session Lists
- You could also find a list of sessions of different modes in the Playlist.
- You could join the sessions in their first 6 days( 144 hours). The sessions tallying in 24 hours are not open for new players.
- We will create new sessions daily.
- Sessions in the Playlist won't give you Ember Coins as the tally reward, instead there will be battle coins.
2. REAL Solo Mode Sessions
Sorry for the late update. But the Solo Mode is finally here. Team function banned for this mode. You could find Solo sessions in both Playlist and Matchmaking.
**3. Clan Sessions**
- We expanded the clan function. A clan will be able to contain up to 16 players.
- Clan sessions are still in test. So we will open clan sessions in the community sessions.
- Clan members joining a same clan session will be identified as teammates automatically.
- Brave solo and squad players could also challenge clans here.
- Clans in solo or squad mode are still regarded as toxicity. We will still ban the illegal clans.
- In the future clan sessions might be independent from the community sessions, based on the future feedbacks and stats.
Gameplay Updates
1. Gameplay balance updates
With the update of sessions and modes, we should also make tweaks in core gameplay to better fit in the current situation.

Base deletion
- Given the fact that players could join multiple sessions at the same time, we need to do base deletion to unused bases to lower the server load. Now if you and your team don't login into the session for 72 hours, your bases will be deleted from this session. You will receive a reminder mail after 48 hours. The time could be changed. We will keep gathering feedbacks on this issue.
**Less Nitre Respawns**
- There will be 1/3 less nitre nodes on sessions. And the respawn time of nitre nodes will be 1/3 slower.
Tech Tree update
We slightly simplified the tech trees, making armors and weapons easier to learn. The explosives almost cost the same amount of scraps as before.
**Loot table update**
We silghted boost the general loot table on the map. Now you will have more ammo, meds and a little bit more weapons and facilities. In some cases you will get less embers.

2. Newbie friendly updates
We have done a lot functions for the onboarding of new comers. We still want Mission EVO to have more players and better session environment. So we added some useful functions to help new comers understanding the core gameplay and the interesting part of our game, as well as to protect them from getting smurfed by the toxic veterans.

Starter Base
- In the building function, you could build a small and useful starter base by one click.
Beginner Sessions
- Now we will have sessions dedicated to the new comers. Only players within 30 hours of gameplay could join a beginner session.
Beginner PPSH
- When a new player first open a small weapon box, he will get the first PPSH that will not drop upon death. You can't put this PPSH into any boxes. It will be destroyed when you throw it to the ground.
**Tutorial updates and Survival Manual updates**
- We have slightly updated the tutorial and the survival manual, to help new players better understand the mechanisms of Mission EVO and how to play Mission EVO.

We have also updated some new events, activities and more skins. And there are still more gameplay updates. You could check them in the game announcement.
In the next month we will still focus on all the current problems, including bugs, compatibility issues, network and connection issues. And we will keep polishing the core gameplay of playlist sessions, matchmaking sessions and clan sessions.
**There will be a discord chat event in the next month.** I will talk in discord channel to gather your direct feedbacks on this major update. Detailed information will be announced soon.

Bug Fix Updates by Phamercy
Bug fixes have always been as will always be a topic as we keep developing and polishing our game for better gameplay experience. As follows, we would like to share with you the progress of bug fixes and we would like to thank you for providing us with the necessary info to locate the core of the bugs.
Bug Fixed:
1. Fixed players getting stuck at 89% in the loading screen when entering a Session. About this issue, we will try to have a concise explanation on it to you: it occurs occasionally when there’s lagging network delaying the matchmaking synchronization. In that case, the data between the client and server did not sync properly as a consequence of the protocol not transmitting correctly when the session starts.
2. Fixed players getting stuck in rocks and buildings in some cases. For example, players will get stuck when they climb over iron barbed wires placed at the coordination (2583, 4890) in Meekers mill or they get stuck when trying to jump over some barriers such as broken walls.
3. Fixed players being able to build inside a rock by constructing a floor above it.
4. Fixed crashes caused by entering a value starting with 0 in Play Time in the Clan Management panel.
5. Fixed timers causing issues like players not being able to loot airdrops or craft certain items.
6. Fixed the bug that the recoil of firearms would be abnormal when players put on the firearm accessory quickly and repeatedly, which made the system fail to verify the reduction of the recoil.
7. Fixed the issue that players can get inside others' bases using the ladder going higher than the roof.
8. Fixed Banshees occasionally not dropping loot.
9. Fixed some horse movements.
10. Fixed the issue that after placing the foundation under the armored vehicle, the vehicle flies directly into the sky.
11. Fixed some resource display issues.
Last but not least, we have also updated some events and made some adjustments to tally rewards for your enjoyment of our game. Hopefully we will have more info about the improvements and bug fixes on the next devblog. who got the time for a 7 day match and then everything gets wiped?! please make a 3 month session Server so i can pay 1-2h per week and enjoy the game. it's not fun starting every week new archiving nothing...
