Is it even possible that you are playing a game in offline mod and you have turned your network off too but you found one player between bots?

I know it's sounds bullshit and impossible but this happend to me twice. I have played combat master offline mod for a long time and never saw this my ping went from 30 to 45 like and I was the only player of the game ( cuz it was offline game ) But there was a person who was playing with shotgun really confusing as a bot sliding with shotgun and shooting down other bots and me maybe it was just a bot which played like pro, or maybe I'm just thinking too hard about it. But why an offline game should have a ping anyway? And why it is increases sometimes. I have played a lot of offline games never saw something like this Maybe I'm just thinking too hard about it, But Im sure that I was playing offline mod.

Why should I lie , but it seems weird for me.
