Prelude : As a fellow who very much so, adore and fancy RPGs; both Darktale and normal ones included, I found this piece of art simply deserving of appraisals;
From a simple user friendly interface to non-complicated combat mechanism, most of them seemed to be simple yet effective enough.
let's start with the storyline shall we?
🦊Storyline: As much as I want to praise them for giving the main plot line a complete voice over, simultaneously it's getting undermined by the lack of excitement and thrill, to me simply the story isn't the best feature I would want to continue or make a come back for the game, all I want to say is, it can be alot better.
💐Gameplay: One of the best part of the game; the fact you can fight along side with your other selected companions/character instead of playing a single on-field is making the game enough engaging and exciting in terms of combat–so much so that most of the time I skipped a part of the story to keep fighting, while my previous experiences with other games relying on the same mechanisms often made the usage of abilities while maintaining great effectiveness quite so much complex that you often have to read their abilities before going for a fight, in this game, however, the abilities were simple and comprehensive even for a non-rpg player.
🕹️ Controls: Fluid and simple but you cannot customise it so people who wants to use claw mechanic cannot apparently do so.
👍 Pros: Doesn't take so much time to save up gacha currency, the rewards for new and returning players are considerably nice, character designs are neatly done making them another best feature of the game ( So-ei Kuramitsuha my favourite ) the grinding isn't too much to progress, user friendly interface, overall it's good.
👎 Cons: Can be a little hard to get a five star of your choice as to me the gacha rates seemed low, ofcourse if you are a luckey individual you won't even know it but for most getting an early 5 star will be difficult.
In Conclusion: Why are you still reading it ? I thought you already have made to the loading screen, it's cool, you will regret of never trying!

The gameplay soo far and story build was not bad, rate isn't that good nor bad either.
The only thing that made me puke to this game was the gacha is so bad and its a dupe dependant so you can raise your unit more powerful.
Also the pt exchange you've earned on banners will not be carried on to the new banner and that's dirty AF, the exchange rate is soo bad that if you roll 10 multis you can exchange it for 10 shards. When the base minimum of 2* units to upgrade to 3* is 75 shards and that's sooo cheap and bad.

I never usually keep game reviews but this is an amazing game that made me change my mind on gacha games. This game has an interesting, compelling story that is amazingly written to pull you into the world making you want to learn more about it. Although the combat for the earlier characters are basic and mostly the same the newer characters are polished to the point that having them will change your perspective of the game. This is a testament to kuro's attention to the playerbase's feedback and their determination to push this game to its limit. It is also amazing how generous they are with the ability to unlock all characters as a f2p player. But there are some flaws with the game. Mainly being that for new players they will have to suffer for awhile before they get the good parts as the storytelling in the beginning is bad. This has been mitigated by the community with the grayravens.com website which is very useful with character guides and story summaries. The only other downside that this game has is that to get a fully functional team you need to play for multiple months if you start late. But this will be fixed in a year or so as there will be enough character selectors to get an entire team for new players. Overall this is an amazing game with amazing story and amazing characters although the old character designs are mostly bad, the new ones are so good it doesn't matter.
