So... I made a Gaming Magazine.

I hope you guys like it, I put a lot of time and thought into what everyone would want in it. 💜

Vision and Inspiration

1. What inspired you to create a gaming magazine?

I enjoy researching into what's going on in the Gaming industry, and seeing people use my content as something useful to look back on or enjoy makes the time and energy taken all seem worth it.

2. Can you describe the mission and vision of your magazine?

As of right now the vision is to simply provide something people can get easy access to for free.

3. How did you come up with the name of your magazine?

I wanted a name that incorporates what being a gamer can mean. I think everyone has a game or gaming moment that made them first explore the gaming world. For me 'Pixel Pulse' was a way of describing that joyful feeling in those moments.

4. What kind of content do you prioritise in your magazine?

At the moment I don't have an idea set in stone as this is my first ever digital publication. Depending on how you guys feel about it changes could be made in the future.

5. How do you decide which games to feature or review?

Again, there isn't a set plan for now. I'm pretty much just going with whatever feels right at the time.

6. Do you have any favorite sections or features in the magazine?

The front cover! It was the page I did first and set the whole tone and overall theme for the rest of the magazine.

7. How do you incorporate feedback from your readers?

I read every comment (no matter what language it is in), so whether you have questions or simply want to chat about the game, I will read them and aim to respond the best I can.

Future Plans

1. Are there any new features or projects you’re excited to introduce in the near future?

I do have a couple ideas, but you'll have to wait and see. 😂

Reflection

25. Looking back, what are you most proud of regarding the magazine?

The time I spent creating it. I tend to have a short attention span but I was up at 9am-11pm working on this project (only stopping to eat 😂 or pass out from exhaustion).

Is there anything you would do differently if you could start over?

I would definitely plan out my page designs as a draft first and have the final project in a separate place. I think it would have made the project run a bit smoother even when I had to make changes
