What are the new features in Genshin Impact’s 5.0 update?

Genshin Impact’s 5.0 update introduces Natlan, a new region with six distinct tribes, each associated with unique Saurian creatures. Players will experience new open-world movement mechanics, including possession of these creatures. The update also brings two new Archon quests, the introduction of the Nightsoul mechanic for Natlan characters, and several quality-of-life improvements like World Level 9 and Regional Specialty tracking. Additionally, players can look forward to new events, insane rewards,
and three new characters: Mualani, Kinich, and Kachina.
