Free agent seo yoon is another variant of seo yoon character. with her main role is supporter, different with the previous two seo yoon that both of em are ranger.

Damage : 3/5

despite being a supporter, she still can do decent dmg with her skills. well, even though her main dmg coming from her ultimate skill. her ultimate skill allow her to instantly kill the damaged unit below 25% hp(50% if the skill's maxed out). it strange isnt it? a supporter with insta kill ultimate...

Utility : 4/5

she has incredibly high buff output passive skill. when she has "little helper" around her(the flying purple knife in the picture), she buff an ally ranger or sniper +50% cdm(extra +40% atk if maxed out), when the ranger or sniper ally dealt 5 crit atk.

yeah, thats the only bad thing in her buff. she only buff an ally ranger or sniper. on top of that, it happens only after the ally dealt 5 crit atk. so she only useful for ranger/sniper hyper carry that can easily dealt crit atk(ex : gaeun, xiao lin). so her squad comp is very limited.

Survivability: 3/5

her special skill(or you can say, her normal skill beside her ultimate skill), give self skill haste buff +30%(extra +30% eva if maxed out). so she can keep herself save with constant self eva buff, with skill haste equipment build.

Overall Rating : 3/5

even though her kit is so amazing for a normal supporter. but her limited use makes her less useful than universal buffer like anila and base seo yoon, that buff all unit in the battlefield.

still no unit that can beat anila's throne as the best normal non healer supporter. and base seo yoon can buff all unit and dealt higher dmg than free agent seo yoon, since her main role is ranger.
