Competition
Collection competitions or to grab gems in the arena. When one team reaches a total of 30 gems, the countdown will begin. For the losing team there will be a reduction in trophies.
Level
Account : Account level exp is obtained from completing any match, leveling up heroes, merging equipment.
Hero , divided again into Hero skill level (unlock active and passive skills) exp obtained from matches using the hero and hero attribute level (maximum number of life points, etc.), collect hero pieces obtained from chests, shops, etc.
Event
Some mythic heroes are obtained from time-limited events. For other heroes, especially basic heroes, they are obtained from account level milestones.
Events can involve combining equipment or opening chests either in-game or in the shop.
Ease of level : 8/10
Because matchmaking is sometimes unlucky, the hero levels are not comparable. Or have a teammate who is too eager, even though they only have 20 seconds to wait, but they get a comeback. Or if you're unlucky, you get a dungeon buff that makes things difficult for players.
But Overall I like it because some can still be farmed without having to top up. Paying is only for those who can afford it and don't have much time and that's fine, but matchmaking should be more balanced, please.
