The Day Before was marketed as an open-world MMO with survival elements, but the reality is far from it. The game leans more towards being an online extraction shooter with limited features. Prior to launch, This was one of the most wishlisted games on Steam, but I guess it isn't no more, now that the can of worms has been opened and the game is now being accused of false advertising practices; compounded by its poor, incomplete, and buggy state at the moment.

I'd say that The Day Before was a disaster we all knew was coming. The game had so many issues before it even launched, it was amazing that the game even existed. The fact that the trailers promised so much that the actual game never had is a big red flag. The devs claim that they worked on this game for 5 years, but the game feels like a very early release of a bare bones game that if it wasn't advertised as an open world mmorpg and an actual extraction game that it turned out to be, it could have been an okay game... I suppose. But that's if you really strip down all the things that aren't good about the game at the moment. Will this game survive? I'm not sure. The game is sitting at overwhelmingly negative reviews on steam right now. This is the first game that I feel deserves a low score, I give this game a 4/10, and that's being somewhat generous because underneath it all, there is the beginnings of a below average extraction game, that given time, could be an average game. But for now, this game is a giant disaster.

Content Creators is the blame for the destruction of The Day Before. This is probably worst shit take I've heard in a long time. Fntastic has finally spoke up about why the day before failed and this is probably the most absurd take I've read all day. The Saga is truly over as the devs has shut down and now the game is joining suit. The Day Before Saga finally Ended. THE biggest Underdog turned into the biggest fraud with 5 years of development and 3 of those years was filled with overall controversy. Ranging from whether the game exists, whether its a scam or is the game gonna be the next big hit in the zombie survival genre! Well I can say this The Day Before actually exists but at what cost this game if I even want to call it a game but it shouldn't exist especially in the state that it is in. The Day Before developed by Fntastic and published by Mytona is an overall big Lie it is far from what it was even remotely advertised.
