PUBG Mobile is getting a zombie mode in the new update.

PubG Mobile will receive a big update on September 7th, with hordes of zombies flooding the battlegrounds and challenges, skills, and items for players to unlock and discover as they face the never-ending onslaught of undead.

From 7th September 7 to November 6, zombies will be flooding across Erangel, Miramar, and Livik, as the Aerolith has abandoned a wasteland loaded with abundant supplies and resources, which automatically grants those who enter a respawn card.

Deep within the Aerolith Lab Outpost on these levels, layers must prevent the Aerolith from absorbing as many zombies as possible. The more zombies that are consumed, the stronger the Rage Berserker Boss that spawns. A player who successfully completes this difficult task will be rewarded kindly with a crate.

Aside from the Rage Berserker Boss, players can also encounter three other variants of zombies, namely the regular Mutant, the shield-wielding Berserker, and the agile Reaper.

Defeating zombies also has its own rewards in the form of genetic ingredients, which may give players a variety of increased supernatural powers.

These include the Mutation Gauntlets, which do huge melee damage and have a powerful smash ability, as well as the razor-sharp Mutation Blade, which allows players to slash at opponents and has a Sprint ability.

Players can also use the Maglev Hoverboard, which can be obtained at the lab, to easily reach the battlegrounds.

Aside from the never-ending swarm of zombies, PUBG Mobile's version 2.8 update includes important improvements to World of Wonder, such as Creation Rating and a new zombie PvE template, as well as a new Metro Royale Season and Cycle 5 Season 14.

Additionally, Cycle 5 Season 14 has been upgraded with new content, prizes, and cosmetics to earn and enjoy, and Metro Royale Chapter 16 will include a new Dagger melee weapon and collectibles.

PUBG Mobile has also hinted at two potential partnerships, one with one of the world's largest restaurant chains and the other with a world-renowned performance vehicle brand. In addition, there will be a Halloween-themed surprise in early October
