New Striker "BLAST" on Blood Strike Gameplay and Review

Blood Strike recently had an update, and will have a big update soon. But we're not gonna talk about that, but about in one of the recent ones, Blood Strike released a new Striker to the game: BLAST.

Abilities - BLAST's ability is quite interesting to say the least, he shoots a drilling bomb that could penetrate through obstacles and then explodes after a few seconds. While his passive skill "Color Mark" can mark an enemy that makes them visible to us from far away even if there is a wall behind them for a few seconds, if BLAST keeps shooting at them that is, kind of similar like VAL's Passive Skill.

Recommended Loadout? - In shooter games, I don't specifically have a main weapon, I just play all of them and try to have fun. However BLAST seems suitable with close range weapons as his main weapon like SMGs or Shotguns as he can be quite of an ambusher or a camper. While his secondary could be an Assault Rifle for how versatile it is, or even a Sniper if you'd like to camp your enemies, and if they get close enough, you can use the Drill Bomb, not the best strategy but it's still a strategy. However for me, it doesn't matter what Striker I use, I will mainly use an Assault Rifle, a Sniper, or an SMG. So maybe you can find your own suitable loadout for your BLAST.

Strategy - Since BLAST could be a good ambusher, it would be a must for you to check on the map, surroundings, nearby enemies, etc. As an ambusher, you need to know your advantages and your disadvantages, that way if you come across a stronger and/or multiple enemies, you can use whatever you have, like the Drill Bomb as a distraction so you can get out of that situation either by the fight or flight option.

Overall Rating - BLAST is quite new to the game, and I still need time to get the hang of him. His abilities are interesting, but his Drill Bomb may need a little rework as the damage may seem too low, or maybe that's just me. Also, if you are one of the developers seeing this, if you can, please make the drilling a little bit faster, and also for the delay time for the bomb to explode, or maybe that bomb will explode if it's in contact with the enemies? Just a thought, well anyway, BLAST is an okay Striker to have for me, and for that, I'll rate him 7,8/10.
