Windblown, a high-speed roguelite action game created by Motion Twin, the developer of the popular game "Dead Cells," has unveiled the actual game footage.
The game is set in a floating village around a huge and deadly whirlpool. In the game, players can sprint around like lightning freely through the vast and ever-changing islands. Players will have access to a variety of weapons to fight the 'Vortex Apostles', find their own rhythm in battle, and find ways to quickly dodge enemy attacks in battle.
From the video, you can also see that when players are slain by enemies, they transform into a ball of light, returning to the starting point for retraining before embarking on the adventure again. After defeating powerful bosses, players can acquire weapons, grow stronger, and even gain buffs such as increased health.
"Windblown" is set to offer early access on the Steam platform later this year.
