Pocket Playfest 2023 - 23rd of December until 7th of January This holiday season there’s going to be something extraordinary… Let me introduce TapTap MOBILE CLOUD GAMING!! Pesticide Not Required’s absurd premise, coupled with the perfect balance of bullet hell chaos and farming tranquility, creates an experience that is both entertaining and therapeutic. As I said earlier, just one run of the demo was all it took for me to be completely sold on this game. Unfortunately it’s not out yet, but if it was, I’d highly recommend it to any Vampire Survivor fans out there looking for their next fix… especially if they also happen to love Farming Sims.

SHOULD I PLAY PESTICIDE NOT REQUIRED? Absolutely yes. Pesticide Not Required has everything I could ever want in a Vampire Survivors clone: smooth bullet heaven gameplay, over-the-top power-ups, frogs, farming mechanics, and even a pet capybara to help me care for my plants. I’ve only played the demo, but I’m already head over heels in love with Pesticide Not Required. Unless you totally hate roguelites—or frogs—this is a must play.

Pesticide Not Required is a top-down “bullet hell” rogue-like developed by Jampacked Games where you play as a brave froggy defending a farm against an army of gigantic insects. Like, A LOT of insects. Big ones too. In this gorgeously pixelated survival game, you must build your frog to become an insect killing machine or die trying. Pesticide Not Required gives you a lot of tools and stuff to do that make each run just as addicting as the last.
