It is a 2D puzzle platformer with "mirror mechanics", with the protagonist having the ability to create a dark reflection of himself, splitting the screen in two, with which he can swap places and solve puzzles and make his way through this evil place full of secrets and flooded with tragedy. His main ability is to exploit the shadow reflected by a shard of a mirror and move it to solve puzzles. It will take logic and skill to survive this dangerous journey of self-reflection. It is basically a dark and twisted fairy tale that explores the desolate recesses of the tormented mind, darkened by the past that spills into the present! The protagonist of this aberrant story is the one who as a child was bullied because he was different due to his aesthetic appearance. Despite his noble title he often wakes up in the middle of the night tormented by events of the past, in which his figure was quite "unwelcome" to most due to his slightly strange and ugly face! To overcome this childhood trauma he often ends up getting drunk with an impressive amount of alcohol. He constantly relives, through various flashbacks, unpleasant moments from his past and to extricate himself from the dark meshes of what happened after his conception, because of a face that did not fit the one chosen by society, which wants us all beautiful and handsome, his narcissistic wound will have the flavor of social redemption, although everything that afflicts them is impossible to erase. Meanwhile in his desolate and immense palace there are several doors that allow you to unlock new portions of the map, thanks to drawings from the past that he will have to collect and... after obtaining one of the many children's illustrations, he will offer a portion of a specific moment in which he experienced discomfort; in this way it is possible to unravel the plot, assembling them all to better understand what pushed him to distance himself from society. At the end of each chapter there are boss fights that we will have to face with the ability of reflection! Some bosses stand out for their mechanics and aesthetics, others for their genius and peculiar characteristics! Solving certain intricate puzzles through logic is really fun, especially when you sharpen your skills and start getting serious (after about an hour). It is truly surprising how the Spanish development team managed to tell a story without using dialogues or voices, especially when the protagonist tries with all his strength to juggle reality, believing he is inside a mirror and sees his own reflection with a wrinkled and sad face. The title itself advises us at the beginning of the game to take breaks between the various chapters, so as to better assimilate the plot and not be shocked by so much crudeness in telling existential facts; it is fun but also cruel in telling a paradoxical and unique story. The mirror often reveals everything, but be careful... sometimes, the truth is hard to digest.
